"Refund took forever after they said it wouldn’t"
I ordered something by mistake and reached out the same day to get a refund. They made it sound like it would be handled quickly, but that definitely didn’t happen. I had to wait weeks and send multiple emails before anyone gave me a straight answer. I did eventually get my money back, but the whole thing was way more frustrating than it needed to be, especially after being told it would be taken care of.

"Helpful, but hard to read sometimes"
There’s definitely a lot of good info for parents in here, and I did find it useful. But some pages feel a little too medical, like really medical, and it can be hard to search for what you actually need. Helpful overall, just not always easy to use.

"Checkout was a hassle after they said it would be easy"
I was trying to place my order, but the payment page just kept looping over and over. They make it sound like checkout is supposed to be quick and simple, but that definitely wasn’t my experience. After wasting a bunch of time and getting nowhere, I just gave up.

"Showed up way faster than I expected"
I’m usually a little skeptical when companies go on about “fast shipping” because half the time it feels like marketing fluff, but this actually got to me quicker than expected. No drama, no weird delays, my order just showed up fast.

"Pretty accurate info overall"
I’ve found the info to be reliable so far. If you’re checking it out, I’d still compare details with your own experience or another source when it really matters, but overall it seems accurate and helpful.

"Really solid, even though I’m loyal to my usual reads"
I’ve always stuck with a couple of publications I trust, so I wasn’t sure this one would win me over. But the writing is clear, the information feels solid, and it’s really easy to get through without feeling heavy. I still have a soft spot for my usual go-to brands, but this is definitely good quality and worth reading.

"Super helpful staff"
Had a question and wasn’t sure how long it’d take. But they got back to me quickly. Really nice about it too. Clear, easy to deal with, no weird hassle or back-and-forth. Just helpful. I appreciated that...

"I signed up on AAP.org and thought I..."
I signed up on AAP.org and thought I was going to get buried in emails, but nope, it’s been reasonable. They’re not popping into my inbox every single day or anything, whcih I really appreciate.

The updates show up often enough to be useful, but not so much that it gets annoying. Simple and easy, so yeah, easy 5 stars from me

"Certificates are there, just a little hard to find"
I was able to get to the certificates eventually, but it took me a little while to figure out where they were, the site works fine overall and I didn’t have any major issues, I just wish it was a bit more obvious or easier to navigate

"Pretty decent once I got around to managing it"
I signed up mainly to try it out for a bit, and overall it did what I needed without any major issues. The site was fine to use, and I didn’t run into problems while actually using the service. After a while I realized I wasn’t using it enough to keep paying, so I went into the account area and poked around for a bit. Eventually I found where to cancel, but it wasn’t super obvious at first and took more searching than I expected.

"Nice not having to guess the price"
I don’t remember every little detail, but I do remember the pricing being really clear. No random extra charges popped up, which I appreciated.

"Helpful, but I’m not totally sure how much to rely on it"
I’ve found some useful pediatric info on the site, especially for basic reading, but it doesn’t always answer the exact question I came in with. A few pages feel kind of general, so I sometimes wonder how solid or relevant the info is for my situation. It’s okay as a starting point, but I wouldn’t use it as my only source.

"Access has been solid for me"
I mostly use AAP.org for online materials, the login has been reliable. When I’m already feeling mentally drained, the last thing I want is to deal with random errors or downtime, but the pages usually load fine and I can get to what I need without much hassle. It’s been simple and steady for me.

"I’ve found AAP.org to be a helpful resource..."
I’ve found AAP.org to be a helpful resource overall, and there’s definitely a lot of solid information available. That said, some of the wording feels a little too formal at times, so I had to reread a few sections just to fully understand the main takeaway.
It’s not a bad site by any means, and I do appreciate the professionalism, but I wish some pages were more direct and easier to skim. A few sections are clear and practical, while others feel kind of buried or harder to get through than they need to be.

"I started using these resources sometime..."
I started using these resources sometime last month, or maybe it was earlier this month, I can’t remember exactly. There’s a lot of good, in-depth information here, but it can feel dense at times. I found myself having to click around a bit to figure out where things were, so the navigation could definitely be easier. Still, the material itself is useful once you get into it

"I used the AAP.org guidelines while..."
I used the AAP.org guidelines while looking up my topic, and they were helpful overall. It was easy to find what I needed, and the information was clear without feeling overwhelming.
I also liked that it gave straightforward direction instead of making me guess what to do next. I’d give it 5 stars for being useful and practical.

"Simple to use and easy on the budget"
aap.org has been easy for me to use. The pages load without much hassle, the text is clear, and I can usually find what I need without clicking around forever. It also works well on my phone, which is a big plus. I’m careful about spending money on online resources, so I appreciate that it feels straightforward and useful without making me feel like I need to pay for every little thing
